Communication: the importance of focusing on behaviour vs attitude

September 25, 2011

Great little video we shared around at a planning workshop at Community Engine the other day, emphasising the importance of focusing on communication that changes behaviour, versus communication that changes attitudes.

I just posted earlier today about all the people that are complaining about the new Facebook changes – Facebook is introducing products that change and shape social media behaviours, knowing that if they do this correctly, the attitudes of those people will eventually support the changes as much they have eventually supported everything else Facebook has modified for the last 5 years!
